Science Fair 2023
Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College staged another highly successful and interactive Science Fair 2023. The event, spearheaded by the Science Department highlighted students' projects (Creative, Innovation and Investigation categories), a STEM challenge and presentations by the Health and Wellness Club and the LAKE club. Stakeholders from SWIMCOL and EMA, SHELL, Niherst, UWI Life Science Dept, ECOTOX, CARIRI, UWI Vet Faculty,RSC, T&TEC, Forestry Division, Ministry of Energy, Masala Chai, Montserrat Cocoa, Sachin Marketing among others.
Students' of Vishnu Boys Hindu College also enjoyed visiting the many booths.
Science Department led by Mrs. Chandra Balroop did an amazing job coordinating and staging ther event.
WABC 5K
Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College Staff, Students and Parents took part in the WABC 5K on Saturday 7th October. Organised by the Health and Wellness Club and the Science Department.

Celine Roodlal - President's Gold Medal Winner
President's Gold Medal - 2019 Celine Roodlal
Celine Roodal captured the fifth consecutive President's Gold Medal for Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College. Celine won in the field of Natural Science. She was also the first female student to represent Trinidad and Tobago at the Mathematics Olympiad in the UK in 2019.
President's Gold Medal - 2017 Veshala Goon
Veshala Goon became the third consecutive Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College student to achieve the President's Gold Medal. Veshala won in the area of Business Studies. In 2016 Priya Maraj won the President's Gold Medal in the field of Science and in 2015 Shivrani Prabhudial won in the area of Business Studies. Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College is certainly a force to reckon with in the educational landscape! Girl Power!!!
